You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is faulty or not to the standard we advertised. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We request the item be returned in the original packaging where possible.
If you need to return an item due to a problem you will need to email your orders full details, we'll notify you via e-mail when the parcel will be collected and a refund will be issued once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Out of Stock - It is possible that a product you order will not be in stock, if this happens we will notify you via email within a week and give you the choice of putting the product on back order or refunding your payment. A product placed on back order will be delayed and we will discuss the timeframe with you.
Shipping - We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Your order will usually be shipped within 48 hours of placement. Once your order is dispatched, shipping times are usually as follows;
Within Australia most capital cities 1-7 working days
Within Australia remote & regional areas 5-10 working days.
