Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, no exchange for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will replace or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, or as soon as a fault is identified.  Provide photos of the products and packaging, include your order number. 

 

Incorrect Item Received

If sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately, email us the details and include your order number.
